I collect personal data when you:

Place an order in my online shop,
Create a customer account,
Contact me by email, or
Visit my website.

I use this data solely for the following purposes:

Processing and delivering your orders,

Invoicing and accounting,
Fulfilling legal obligations, and
Ensuring the secure and smooth operation of the online shop.

4. Use of the Shopify Platform
My online shop is operated via the Shopify platform.
Provider: Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada and Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.

Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for operating this shop and processes personal data on my behalf (e.g., for order processing, payment processing, and storage).
Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland, particularly Canada and the USA. Shopify ensures an adequate level of data protection according to the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via payment providers provided by Shopify (e.g., credit card, Twint, PayPal, etc.).
Processing your payment data serves solely to fulfill the contract. Payment information is transmitted directly to the respective payment providers and is not stored on my server.

6. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies to enable the operation of the shop and the shopping cart function.
Currently, no analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies are used. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and a notification banner will be added.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
I store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the contract, comply with legal retention obligations, or assert or defend legal claims.
Once these purposes no longer apply, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

Shopify and I implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure. Data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
